SOM, Inc. Members are provided information with regard to breeding, registration, payment due dates, updates on legislative matters and have voting rights at the annual meeting of members. Membership in SOM, Inc. entitles members to be heard with regard to the Massachusetts Breeding Program and the Sire Stakes program.
***Note: A member is not eligible to run for a directorship unless he/she has been a member for a full 12 months from the year of membership. Membership applications will not be accepted for the current year after notification of the annual meeting/election.
